Is it possible to search for rows in a tree grid and automatically expand down to that row?

There could be multiple rows that return from the search so it would have to expand more than one branch or maybe have a next/previous result function?

Maybe some sort of hightlight/flashing option for the found rows.

Nate.

Hello,

If you return from server that the row is expanded they will be expanded.

Currently paging is not implemeted in tree grid.

Thanks for the answer.

I do not wish to do paging.

So would I have to set expanded on just the leaf I found doing the search or do I have to exand each node all the way up the tree?

Think I got it to display all the records I need but now I would like to highlight the rows of the tree that I found doing the search.

Is there a way to highlight rows (similar to when you mouse over a row but a different color) automatically?

Hello,

Maybe you should use afterInsertRow event, but I'm thinking in a way how to add class to the row from server response.

Best Regards

Tony
