I made an edit row. The user clicks and they can edit one of the columns of the row. However the mouse is disabled when it comes to highlighting, double click to highlight or even position the caret anywhere. Keyboard editing/highlighting works. This only happens in FF5 and IE9. Works with Safari and Chrome. Any ideas please?

This is the row cell:

 {name:'prompt', index:'prompt', width:150,align:'left', editable:true},

This is the onSelectRow:  event.

onSelectRow: function(id) {

   if (id && id !== configlastsel) {

      jQuery("#fldslist").saveRow(configlastsel,function(){},'clientArray');

      jQuery('#fldslist').editRow(id, true);

     configlastsel = id;

  }

},
