Hi everyone.

I am using jqgrid 3.8 and using the Integrated Search Toolbar to perform search on local data. I followed the code from examples here: http://trirand.com/blog/jqgrid.....p;> New in version 3.5 > Integrated Search Toolbar.

The search works well on my data. The problem is when I do a blank search which I expect the grid to return back to displaying all data in the grid. For small data, all data are returned (reverts back to displaying all data in the grid) when I do a blank search. But if there's more data in the grid, blank search returns with some data missing.

My grid gets populated depending on item being selected in a list on a separate page (using JQM).

I am wondering if anybody experienced something similar, or is there an option I have to set so its behaviour on blank searches are consistent. Or is this a correct behaviour for a blank search?

Thanks for this great library and any suggestions/comments given.

Turns out it was being paginated so the 'missing' data was in another page. Setting rowNum to -1 forces the grid to show all data.

Okay there is actually 1 row missing when I set rowNum to -1. Is there a setting to actually show all the rows (except setting it to a really big number)? Also show all the rows sorted?

This is for datatype: "local".
