Clear Filter - remove space left and right side of x icon

Hello,

Is it possible to remove the space on the left and right side of clear filter X button. This extra space takes away most of the space when the grid has lot of column and leaves little space in the filter textbox for entering the search value.

Disabling the clearFilter also leaves space after the textbox.

Yes this is possible and can be set per field bassis.

Hi,

I want to keep the X button and clearSearch functionality. Looking for a way to remove the empty space after the textbox and before the X button and after the X button i.e move the x button all the way to the right of the column and stretch the textbox so that search textbox will get more space.

Hello,

This element is a href element and we set a inline style in js code like this :

style='padding-right: 0.3em;padding-left: 0.3em;'

We set this element to have a class named clearsearchclass

After the grid is created you can use this class to overwrite these settings.
