Need a field type that is not on the list (password), and we will look at the
code "grid.formedit-min.js" and copy and paste the "text" and change "elem.type =' password' " , And it worked.

well, that was easy, but the reason for this post is as follows:

I do not see the cursor inside the camps, and never in that part of the

chain will start to write, not that, though everything works normally
troublesome for the common user (not see the cursor that tells you
that this part writing ).

The truth is not where this post so I am here, if that can be solved easily,

thanks in advance.

Hello,

It is difficult to me to understand what you mean,

but if you do not see the cursur when you call the form you can use

beforeShowForm event to focus the desired field - something like

beforeShowForm : function(formid) {

$("#myfield",formid).focus();

}

For professional UI suites for Java Script and PHP visit us at our commercial products site - guriddo.net - by the very same guys that created jqGrid.

the problem is not with the focus.

is the cursor after position in a field, you can not see.

when located in a field should be "titilar" (blink) the cursor within the field

and in the position in which one started to enter data, this does not

happen in the forms of editing module.

it is curious that only in Mozilla Firefox (version 2.0.0.16) this happens. (IE7 and Opera does not occur)
