jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hello!

I'm using jqgrid with virtual scrolling.

It's  working very well but I'm facing only two difficulties:

I would like to ask for help in the following:

First, I can not command with setSelection (jQuery ('# grid'). JqGrid ('setSelection', rowid);) when the row is not visible. I wonder how to get the index of a not visible row.

Also I wonder if it is possible, using virtual scrolling, loading new rows before it reach the end of the grid , so that the user does not notice that the grid was completed with new rows.

Someone could help me, please?
