Is there any document illustrating jqgrid performance? I am looking for jqGird performance on large set of data in the following conditions
a) Rendering b) Searching c) Sorting d) Subgrid Rendering
with Json or XML data. In browsers like FF and IE
If there is no such document already available can some one point me in the right procedure (automated way) to do the same.

Hello,
I have added new parameter - totaltime which mesure the total loading time of the inserted records in the grid.
You can ask this with getGridParam('totaltime');

Is jqGrid performance already documented somewhere?

I hope you mean "totaltime" feature is available in GitHub. Thanks for that. However is there any document that tells about (already measured) jqGrid performance. I do see some mail threads going in to jqGrid performance. However I don't see a document with things collated.
Let me know if there is any such document

This option is already in 3.5.1 version - see docs. There are no related documents yet about the performance or I do not find one. If you do this it will be nice.
