Select all box does not get checked when all rows are checked 4.3.1

With multiselect set to true the checkboxes appear in the rows. Selecting the checkbox in the header will select and unselect all boxes as expected. If the header box is checked and a row is unselected the header checkbox is unchecked.
Expected Behavior: If you select all rows without using the checkbox in the header the header box should check itself.
