jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

When using the jquery grid in an ASP.NET application (using MVC),  I needed to change all of the file names from grid.  to grid_  in order to get the javascript to load properly.  Not sure why this is, might be a bug in IIS or in the Visual Studio Debug environment.  I also needed to change

jquery_jqGrid.js lines to the following to reflect the new file names:
