multiselect + multikey: checkbox should work always, also without multikey pressed

When multiselect:true and multikey:"ctrlKey"

I see selection checkbox on left
if I click on row the checkbox does not get selected
if I hold Ctrl and click on row it gets selected and checkbox set
if I hold Ctrl and click on this dedicated selection checkbox nothing happends
if I click on this dedicated selection checkbox nothing happends - this should work

Please, could you fix, thank you,
