When I import jquery v2.0.3 and jqGrid v4.5.2 and call jqGrid('GridDestroy') it freezes Firefox v24.0
However, when I revert to using jqGrid v1.10.2 then it works fine.

Hello Tony,
I've made a little example and found that the problem is not present. Thus, we are doing something in our application that is causing this bottleneck. I can send you a .zip with the small example but I don't know how. If you want then let me know.
