Header alignment breaks when sorting after horizontal scroll

Hi Tony

I have a grid with a number of cols larger than the grid container.

So i need to scroll horizontally to view some columns and this works fine, with correct alignment between headers and grid columns.

The alignment breaks when i click on header column to sort, because the grid reloads (with correct sorting) back in initial leftmost position and so does the horizontal scrollbar, while headers remains horizontally shifted.

To re-align, i must scroll to the right with horizontal scrollbar then again to left.

(all the above happens in IE8, IE7, IE6)

Any ideas?

Luciano

Ok, i've found a hint.

The trouble probably happens when using "TRUE SCROLLING ROWS" method.

Watch by yourself:

1) Go to your JQgrid Demos -> New in version 3.6 -> True Scrolling Rows sample.

2) Resize "NAME" column header, until "CODE" column disappears on the right side.

3) Scroll to the right with the scrollbar.

4) Click "CODE" header to sort.

The grid reloads with the wrong header/grid alignment.
