Hello Tony,

the code of grid.custom.js where dataInit and dataEvents are called should be fixed to set this to the DOM of the table element: the lines , this line and this one should be changed to use soptions.dataInit.call($t, instead of soptions.dataInit(. For example

if(soptions.dataInit !== undefined) { soptions.dataInit($("select",self)[0]); }

should be fixed to

if(soptions.dataInit !== undefined) { soptions.dataInit.call($t,$("select",self)[0]); }

P.S. I though originally to make the same way the calls of bindEvents, but I think now that one don't need to do that bacause the data property of the items of dataEvents is the only way to forward $t to the event handlers. Because we have currently no standard way to do this one can start with changing only the calls on dataInit.
