Under 4.4.4, when I update a footer row with $(element).footerData('set', object) a second time (and all subsequent times), the footer row "flashes" the original first loaded data for a brief moment, and then updates to the new data. Each time it does the same thing, switching to the original data, and then to the new data.

The grid in quesiton is loaded via JSON with loadonce: true. It happens using both the old and new API.

Any ideas on what it could be, how to fix it or work around it?

Best Regards,

mt

Update: I should add that this issue does not occur under 4.3.x using the same configuration.

Ah ha! The solution was to set reloadAfterSubmit: false,

Seems like that should the default when data is set to local, either directly or through loadonce: true;
