jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi!

I have noticed that if jqGrid is inside a modal dialog (bootstrap modal in my case) position of the div.ui-jqgrid-resize-mark is wrong calculated when I'm trying to resize a column.

Here is my patch for jquery.jqGrid.src.js:
