Hi Tony,
It will be asked many questions about different problems which war difficult to debug because the default values of parameters recreateFilter and recreateForm are false and events are called only once. Moreover the Add and Edit dialogs are shared inthe form edit. It makes additional problems sometimes.
Creating of Add/Edit form dialog of Search dialog take not so much time, so in my personal opinion the changing of default values from for recreateFilter and recreateForm to true will not really seen on the performance, but will save some hours or probably days of heavy debugging.
What is you opinion about this change?

Hello Tony,
as additional argument are the problems described by this or this. At the beginning of my experience with jqGrid I spend much time in investigation some strange effects in form editing. Because Add and Edit dialogs are shared some settings from one dialog was used for another. It make me many problems till I find out the setting recreateFilter:true. On the stackoverflow.com I recommend all people to use recreateFilter:true. The grid work probably one or other millisecond longer, but developer could save many hours or days of his time.
