small bug in $.jgrid.checkValues

Hello Tony,

the line of code

try { nm = g.p.colModel[i].formoptions.label; } catch (e) {}

of $.jgrid.checkValues method produces permanently exception of editrules property is defined without be defined formoptions property. I think it would be better to replace try-catch block to if with the test whether g.p.colModel[i].formoptions is defined:

if (g.p.colModel[i].formoptions != null) { nm = g.p.colModel[i].formoptions.label; }

By the way it would be good to cache g.p.colModel and g.p.colModel[i] in additional variables (see the code of $.jgrid.checkValues).
