IN IE 7, IE 6, IE 8, the number in page number textbox does not show entirely: 
IN IE 7, IE8 , when click the add or edit button , the dialog box does not show correctly, the dialog box is at the top of the table:

Hello,
Could not see the pictures.
Also be a sure if you use the dev version to load the searchFilter css file too.

Hello,
As I mentioted above, plrease read carfully the installtion. DOCTYPE should be present.
Also it seems you have included not the full css file, but thiose from src directory.
In this case you should include the jquery.searchFilter.css too
