Wrapping header text and adjusting height of Header layer

I have some long running header columns, like for example: "Date of Complaint", but due to the number of columns need to force it to a short width that cuts it off. So in stead I specify the header as "Date of<br/>Complaint" and then specify the css for the header as:

        gridComplete: function() {
            $('th.grid_resize').css({ height: '34px' }).find('> div').css({ height: '34px' });
        },

Is this the correct way? I am currently on version 3.4.4.

Does this work for you? If yes and does not brake the the grid, then all is ok.

Works nice Tony, tested it with sorting, etc, and does not seem to cause any issues.
