jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi everyone,

I need to pass a parameter to the php file which selects the data and puts them into xml file needed bu a grid. Is there a way to add an extra  GET parameter to the url and use it in a where clause:

$("#list").jqGrid({
    url:'js/JQgrid/grid.php?q=1&some_get_variable=1000',
    datatype: 'xml',
    mtype: 'GET',

...select * from some_table where client_id="some_get_variable"
