jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

After much frustration with getting the Multiselect widget to work with jqGrid, I was able to find a solution.

Of course, I tried all of the "usual suspects" like onInitializeForm, afterShowForm, setTimeout, and so on … but nothing seemed to work.   

I finally solved it and I thought I would share with everyone as I really like both of these plugins.
