I read in the upgrade notes that the new version is changing the way jqGrid handles JSON data. I don't see anything mentioning that it is changing XML reader.
But I am seeing jqGrid freeze when I am using version 3.6.5 (when pulling in a static xml file) but not when I am using 3.6.4. Anyone else experiencing the same problem.

Hello,
No there are nothing tochange when a XMl is used. Also just have tested with local file and it works ok.

Thanks Tony. I will try to t/s tomorrow. I will have to pair down my xml file as it has grown to over 27,000 line (800 kb) xml file. Version 3.6.4 had no problem in swallowing my big file, but 3.6.5 is hanging. I will also try downloading jqgrid again too.
