the grid is empty but the XML file is generated and good

Hello,
the title is explicit. My XML file is generated and good (see below) but the grid is empty, it displays no records.

I use Firebug, that tells me that the request is sent to my PHP file..
.. but it also tells me that there is no reception after the shipment.
Do you have any idea about the problem?
