Hi:

  I'm using a very simple grid, all I want is to show the names of my projects, then when clicking the + I want to send the project id and get some extra info. Here is my code:

var g = $("#weeklyStatusChangeGrid");

g.jqGrid(
            {
                datatype: "json",
                height: 'auto',
                url: '<?php echo url_for2('ajaxGetWeeklyChangedProjects')?>',
                autowidth: true,
                shrinkToFit: true,
                colModel:
                    [
                        { name: 'id', index: 'id', width: 55, hidden: true },
                        { name: 'project', index: 'project', width: 200, label: 'Project Name' }
                    ],
                postData:
                    {
                        initialSnapshot: fromSnapshot,
                        finalSnapshot: toSnapshot
                    },
                sortname: 'id',
                mtype: "POST",
                imgpath: gridimgpath,
                viewrecords: true,
                multiselect: false,
                caption: "Search results",
                rowNum: 10,
                rowList:[10,20,30],
                viewrecords: true,
                pager: 'weeklyStatusChangePager',
                subGrid: true,
                subGridModel:
                    [
                     {
                         name: [ 'Field', 'Initial Value', 'Final Value' ],
                         width: [ 200, 200, 200 ]
                     }
                    ],
                subGridUrl: '<?php echo url_for2("ajaxGetWeeklyStatusChangeForProject")?>'
            }
        ).navGrid( "#weeklyStatusChangePager", {edit:false,add:false,del:false,search:false} );

The thing is, the ajax call is made, but when I look at the posted data, the id value is sent, but the name of the parameter is the string "undefined".

What am I missing here? Thanks!
