Subgrid: Can we hide or not render the most left column?

Does anyone have a way to hide or remove all the leftmost columns (the ones with the plus and minus and line3) in a subgrid situation? We want to format the grid up without the left columns.

I tried just hiding them, but the formatting gets thrown-off.

Hello,

If I understand right you want to hide the subgrid column - simple do not use subgrid.
