Sortable Rows required libraries and statements

Currently, what libraries and what order loaded are needed to be able to use the sortable Rows feature. I have tried numerous combinations of files and still have not been able to get it to work.

Further, to envoke this feature, fromteh examples, all I need to so is to add

Sortable:true

to my grid spec.

And you should not set Sortable:true, but sortable:true
