Sort icons not resetting on reload

Hi!

I need some help, here's my scenario:

I load JSON data, datatype is function.

When the grid is complete, I set datatype to local, so sorting is done on the client.

I sort the grid by clicking a grid header column.

I trigger reload (datatype is reset to function).

lsGrid.setGridParam({sortname: "", sortorder: "asc", lastsort: 0, datatype: loadData}).trigger("reloadGrid")

Why the header sort icons (the title triangles pointing up and down) are not reset?

What is the easiest way to reset the sort icons?

I believe you are suggesting to sortGrid() after reload. Is this correct?

This solution is not very efficient because it actually sorts the data with which the grid was reloaded.

All I want to do is to reset the sort icons. See my scenario again:

1.) Grid is loaded - datatype is function.

2.) Grid is sorted on the client (local data). This resets the sort icons

3.) Grid is reloaded with different and sorted data (datatype is function) by clicking a button elsewhere on the page.

4.) I want to reset the sort icons w/o sorting the grid.

Hello,

The method have a option for reloading. Just use it and do not use your own trigger("reloadGrid")
