Hello,
I have the following configuration:
jQuery("#list47").jqGrid({
data: mydata,
datatype: "local",
height: 300,
width: 670,
rowNum: 10,
scroll: 1,
viewrecords: true,
shrinkToFit: false,
colNames: ['Inv No', 'Date', 'Client', 'Amount', 'Tax', 'Total', 'Notes'],
colModel: [
{ name: 'id', index: 'id', width: 60, sorttype: "int" },
{ name: 'invdate', index: 'invdate', width: 90, sorttype: "date", formatter: "date" },
{ name: 'name', index: 'name', width: 200 },
{ name: 'amount', index: 'amount', width: 80, align: "right", sorttype: "float", formatter: "number" },
{ name: 'tax', index: 'tax', width: 80, align: "right", sorttype: "float" },
{ name: 'total', index: 'total', width: 80, align: "right", sorttype: "float" },
{ name: 'note', index: 'note', width: 150, sortable: false }
],
pager: "#plist47",
rowNum:15,
rowTotal: 50,
scroll: 1,
loadonce:true,
rownumbers: true,
rownumWidth: 40,
gridview: true,
viewrecords: true,
caption: "Manipulating Array Data"
});
Is it possible to trigger an event (eg. when a button is clicked) and load the next page rows automatically?
Thanks,
Cornel

Hello,
Yes it is possible:
$("#mybutton").click(function(){
$("#grid").jqGrid('setGridParam',{page:3});
$("#grid").trigger("reloadGrid");
return false;
});
For professional UI suites for Java Script and PHP visit us at our commercial products site - guriddo.net - by the very same guys that created jqGrid.
