jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

I have a column where I want the values to display as underlined links but it only does that when I mouseover it.  The link does work and takes me to a different page as defined below but how do I make the link underlined?  I have also tried formatter: 'link' and that doesn't work either.  I am using custom theme redmond and am not sure if it's overwriting my info below?  Thanks!
