Hello,

I have managed to make a custom grid when you click on a row, it opens an url.  However this url needs a custom ID to display the detail of the clicked record.  Now I wish to know if there is a way to change the url and adding my custom ID to it that is not loaded in the XML-request.

Can you help me out here?

Thanks,

Filip

Thanks,
Filip

Yes, this works fine.  That simple!

Can I ask another question?

In every XML-request that i peform i've got a navigation row id, this parameter i need to re-perform the next, prev, ... .

however there is no way to add an extra parameter to every xml like eg. <navparid>id</navparid> and then retrieve it...

...

Thanks,
Filip

Sorry, but I don't understand what you're trying to do...

Every time that i navigate forward or backward, i need a parameter with a navigationid in it that is generated at the moment when i ask for the xml.

Is there a way to give customer parameters with the xml-file?  Like <navid>"199"</navid>?

Thanks,
Filip

I don't use XML bu json. Anyway, it seems to be the same logic.

If I understand your need, you need to give an extra ID (generated by your server), different from the record ID. You could then add it as a new data field in your XML and hide it in the grid. This field would then be available for your client side script.

Does it answer your question ?
