Select all checkbox not checked on certain cases

Select all checkbox is not getting selected when,

1. User selects each checkbox (associated with a row) individually. Expectation is “select All” checkbox should get checked when all the rows are selected

2. User selects all row using "Select All" checkbox at the top. When a single row is unselected the “Select All” checkbox is not unselected

Though these can be achieved using "onselectrow" callback, I like to know any other way to achieve this out of the box from jqGrid.

Otherwise jqGrid consumers need to code this for each grid that is created

Hello,

The purpose of SelectAll is just simple - select unselect all rows - not to care what we select befoe and etc.

Also you can achive this logic in onSlectRow - it is the right place.
