jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

hi guys. i write a code below:

function resize_the_grid() {
          var aa = $('#list1').closest('.ui-jqgrid').parent().width();
           //modify fluid.js code. 

           $('#list1').jqGrid('setGridWidth', aa);
 };
      
 $('#list1').closest('.ui-jqgrid').parent().resize(resize_the_grid);

 //bind the resize event to the parent for the #list.

I use the jquery 1.4.4 and jqGrid 3.8.2.

i write it ,and solve the issue that is the grid to resize when the grid row increase from 10 to 20, and vertical scrollbar display.

in ie8, the code is right. but in firefox 3.6.13, it dont work. i dont know why.
