jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hello,

I've the following function:

My table has the name "cfg" and one of the columns have boolean values True/False. What I want to do is replace "true"/"false", with images.

I'm  calling that function with the event: "gridcomplete", but unfortunately i can't make it to work

Can anyone help ?
