jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi,

I've installed jqgrid. It's really nice but I got a problem: the Reload Grid button does not appear on the grid. I'm using the version 3.6. Strange, on all samples in the documentation, I can see this button...

The code is:

		datatype: 'xml',
		colNames: ['Name', 'Online'],
		colModel: [{name:'name', index:'name'}, {name:'online', index:'online', align:'right'}],

		pager: $('#pager_customers'),
		sortname: 'id',
		viewrecords: true,
		sortorder: 'desc',
		caption: 'Customers',
		onSelectRow: function(id){
