I am using the awesome JqGrid. I have a polling enabled on the grid that uses trigger("reloadGrid") every 10 secs. There are about 100 rows and 12 columns. The JSON data is retrieved very fast and the JqGrid renders it even pretty fast resulting in flickering kind of display on the JqGrid. "Loading" comes up and goes away too fast.
Please let me know how to avoid flickering on polling data.

For anyone looking for the solution here it is.
The flickering I used to get is because of the "loading.." ui showing and hiding too fast. I have set the
loadui: 'disable'
property while configuring jqgrid.
Now my jqgrid doesn't look like its flickering. Data changes are shown; rows might move up and down based on sort order but it looks seamless now.
