parsererror Status: OK Error code: 200

Hello,
My grid works fine with firefox and firebug does not indicate any error. However when I use ie8, I get the following error “parsererror Status: OK Error code: 200″ when adding or deleting a row. i searched the forum archives but couldn't find any answer. Any idea how to solve that problem ?
