jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hello everybody,

is it possible to obtain pagination getting data from a client side xml string?

I can see the data in the basic grid, but they all are in the same page!

I am following the instructions at http://www.secondpersonplural....../index.htm

(jqgrid --> retrieving data --> xml data --> xml String), that is:

datatype: 'xmlstring',

datastr : mystr,

...

var mystr =
"<?xml version='1.0' encoding='utf-8'?>
<invoices>
    <rows>
        <row>
            <cell>data1</cell>
            <cell>data2</cell>
            <cell>data3</cell>
            <cell>data4</cell>
