I am trying to test this for first time and downloaded latest 4.1.1.
calling following:
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" media="screen" href="/css/ui.jqgrid.css" />
<script src="/js/grid.locale-en.js" type="text/javascript">
</script><script src="/js/jquery-1.5.2.min.js" type="text/javascript"></script>
This is the actual display result (actual size) after loading records. What am I missing here??

You missed the jquery ui theme.
Please first consult documentation and forum post and the post the issue.
You will need to look first here:
