Thanks your answer.
I 've been finished my application and your plugin make it so better!
But there is a bug. I can make an access to app for you. So you will can see my problem.
I can try again: How can I attach a parameter that came from an input tag when the refresh icon at the navgrid or the column order is pressed (header columns)? I make an extra-button to do this but is a bad thing…

Hello,
Currently this is not possible. I think that attaching custom
button for this purpose is a good idea.
