jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Well, after days of trial and error and some great help from OlegK and Tony, I have all my grids in working order.   For those who may run into similar issues, they biggest key to my problem was lack of knowledge between 3.7 release and 3.8 beta.   I was mixing the 3.7 minified version with the 3.8 development version (not a good idea).

Tony and Oleg set me straight today and I very much appreciate their assistance.   Thank you guys@

Tony this is an awesome tool and I know I am only scratching the surface of what can be done and am look forward to taking advantage of the more "powerful" features.
