Hi, Please i need some help in this area.

Description
This method uses colModel and editurl parameters from jqGrid

Calling: jQuery("#grid_id").jqGrid('editGridRow', the_row_id, options );

in the webpage /blog/jqgrid/jqgrid.html we can see the events of this method.

im trying to do...

jQuery("#grid").jqGrid('editGridRow',gr,{height:280,closeAfterAdd:true, reloadAfterSubmit:true, closeAfterEdit :true,editCaption: "Editar Paciente",bSubmit: "Actualizar",bCancel: "Cancelar",afterSubmit: alert("Enything...") });

But the alert("Enything"); appears before than the edit form appears, then appears the edit form (the window where i can edit the data), and the alert doesn't appear after pressing the button submit in the edit form...
