Keep values during inline edit

Hello,

I've a question concerning inline editing and keeping of entered values after submit.
If I edit a row by inline editing and submit my entered values by hitting enter I'd like to keep the input fields open with the entered values.
If the submit is valid the input fields should hide and the entered values are appearing in the grid (allready works) BUT should the submit be invalid it would be nice the input fields keep open with the entered values. If I press Escape the input fields are hiding to (allready works).

I hope you understand what I'm meaning.
