JQGrid Truncating/Rounding BigInt field?

Hey, I'm having an issue with Javascript/JQGrid randomly changing data that exists in the JSON. Here is the Snippet of JSON, unfortunately due to the nature of the data, I can't post the entire return, but here is the data in question straight out of Firebug from a loaded JQGrid:
{"ROWS":[["",2941035140771256497,.....]]}
however, when I add this ID to a checkbox, it seems to start off correctly
and then round the number as shown below
<input type="checkbox" value="2941035140771256300" id="assetIDs_2941035140771256300" name="assetIDs">
have you seen this behavior anywhere else?
