jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

If I have a jqGrid with a pager, what is the best way to add a go button, that when clicked causes the the pager to jump to the page number that the user entered in the number textbox of the pager?  The pager currently supports this feature when enter is pressed after a page number is entered into the pager number textbox, but I have a need to also trigger this event via a go button.  I'd like to know how add the go button into the pager, and then associate the mentioned event to the go button?
