JQGrid is not working for all

Hi,

we have recentely updated our site with JQGrid. For some users it is working fine, but some users not working. We couldn't say this is regarding machine issue, because for them local set up with same code is working fine. What may be the issue?

I am totally confused. Please help me to get out of this problem. It is very critical issue.

Yes. Just now found the issue. whoever have the data with ' character. for all of them that JSON object is not loading in the grid.
