jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi, 

I have a simple json model with no server interaction I am building on page load.

col models like :

{ name:"team", index:"team", width:40, sortable:true, sorttype:"int"}

adding the rows like:

table.jqGrid('addRowData', uniqueId , team[i]);

Everything works great, including the sorting , but after clicking the column and sorting, the last four items are getting removed.

I am sure I am doing somthing wrong, but can't seem to find it, and may resort to overriding sort with the onsortcol event which seems unnecessary.

Also if anyone knows where to find examples of updating the grid after using onsortcol that would be much appreciated.
