is it possible to show a large photo in the edit form

Is it possible to show a large (i.e. bigger than a thumbnail) jpeg image in the right-hand side of jqGrid's edit form ?

... like data entry fields to the left and photo to the right

Users want to look at a photo while entering data into fields ... they are describing things in the photo.

I'm sure all things are possible with jQuery, but I don't know where to begin.

I've searched this forum (all of them actually) and posted at Stack Overflow, but I haven't found a solution.
