OfflineHi,
Have been playing with JQGrid and very impressed so far but have a question...apologies if it's already been covered:
Is there any way to perform an inline "add" of a row? I'm thinking something rather similar to how Microsoft Access behaves when you create a new row by editing the bottom blank row in a query or table.
The inline edit is amazing and I've had some success with the popup add but inline add would be suitable for the application I am building. Any thoughts on how to achieve this? I presume it might be possible using the edit but so far, I've had little luck. I'm pretty sure I can handle the saving data back into my database table depending on whether its an add or an edit....its the grid behaviour that I'm struggling with.
Thanks in advance for any help/advice/links.

OfflineHello,
There is no ready solution for this, but I recommend you to look into the examples
New in version 3.2 => Custom Button and forms
and you will see how with little code this can be achieved.
Actually good idea and i think we can add it in the future release.
Best Regards
Tony
