jQuery Grid Plugin - jqGrid

Hi all,

Am encountering a very wierd problem! Currently am displaying the JQGrid on IE8 and am able to view images of add, del, edit, search, refresh, and custom buttons too...!
Strange part the same JQGrid when displayed through mozilla/firefox, images are not being displayed indeed only the Grid enabled and controls are inactive/invisible..!
Interestingly i felt the problem would be that images which are of (*.png) format i converted it to (*.jpg/jpeg/gif) and changed CSS and was able to get the images being displayed on NavGrid, through mozilla/firefox...!

I wanted to known did anyone in this forum encounter with such kind of problem? or you people any good suggestions or workarounds? Please let me known..!
