Hi,
use afterInsertRow and inside it use setCell method. For example:
afterInsertRow: function(rowid, rowdata, rowelem) {
$('#your_grid_id').setCell(rowid, 'col_grid_id', '<a href="" onclick="">Lorem ipsum</a>', {'text-align':'center'}, {title:'Lorem ipsum'});
}
Anyway, in documentation and forum you'll find more examples and details.
Corrado.
